Here at Hunter Douglas my work mostly surrounded worked in Salesforce to assist in the development of The Link for Dealers of Hunter Douglas Window Coverings. I assisted with the UX/UI Design process for how we could improve The Link and reduce clicks. I worked on Learning systems for Dealers to be able to learn about different Window Shades and how they work. With this, I did a lot of tagging of content to implement a new search function into The Link to allow dealers to search across all content that we had. I also did QA/UAT Testing for prototypes of The Link to ensure
everything was working properly.
Assitant Department Leader
King Soopers: Mar 2017 - May 2022
As an assistant department leader, I was in charge of ensuring the front end ran smoothly. This would be in making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing, everyone was friendly to customers, and people were showing up for their shifts. I had the responsibility of being the fuel center manager. With that, I had to ensure everyone who worked at the fuel center was properly trained, supplies were always stocked, the product was always filled, and the fuel center stayed up to date on prices, sales, and other necessities. I was also the co-lead of payroll where I had to make sure every associate was keeping up on their time card and was getting paid correctly.
